Arguments with loved ones can leave us feeling dazed and overwhelmed. You want connection and support, but at the end of the day you feel alone, tired, and on edge. You are frustrated with them, but a part of you wonders if you did something wrong, leading you to be overly harsh on yourself.
You are doing your best with the tools you have, but you realize it’s not enough right now. You want to stop feeling this way. You don’t to be overwhelmed by burnout and emotions anymore. You do so much to help others, and you want someone that helps you.
I am here to offer solace amongst the chaos, to offer a calm, grounding place for you to drop in. You will guide the pace that feels comfortable for you, and I will be there to offer support and connection. Together we will create a space where we explore what you want your life to look like and what is most important to you.
In therapy, I hope to offer you more agency and peace of mind in your life. We will get more in touch with your needs (for example, tranquility, self compassion) and how to address them. We can discuss obstacles to connection, and how to reduce relationship distress. We will do it together, and you will not be alone anymore in taking this on.
Call now for a 15 minute consultation, or text ‘consultation’ to 541-414-4345, my personal work cell. I am accepting new clients. I see clients (14+, 18+) in person in downtown Medford Oregon, and on video call for Oregon clients.

I specialize in clients who may be exploring lifetime complex trauma, and how it shows up in past and current relationships. I am passionate about offering treatment intentionally aimed at complex trauma and the ways it differs from traditional PTSD. Thus, I focus on phase one treatment of safety, regulation, identity, and relationship repair. I value rest, self care, self compassion, and getting reacquainted with what our body is trying to tell us that it needs. My approach is relational, warm, and exploratory — centered on the belief that therapy is a human-to-human process of curiosity and consent. My work is influenced by Carl Rogers, polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology (Dan Siegel), and Pete Walker. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LBGTQIA+ affirming. I work with adults, and teens 14 and older. Call today if interested.

I also help clients with neurodivergence such as ADHD or level 1 autism. Navigating a neurotypical society as a neurodivergent is inherently difficult as the world is not built with us in mind. Thus we spend so much more time and energy coming up with new ways that honor our needs and systems, instead of trying to fit into the neurotypical box. In my sessions I hope to offer that environment with understanding and empathy, and to brainstorm together the best to continue to honor our needs and build systems that support us. Though I cannot offer diagnosis myself, I work with clients both new and familiar to exploring this piece of their identity.
