Whitney Bondshu, LCSW
Owner and Counselor
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Thank you for visiting my practice! I’m Whitney Bondshu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Psychology degree from Southern Oregon University. Raised in Southern Oregon, I take pride in raising my family in this beautiful part of the world.
As a therapist, I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward healing. I specialize in helping people identify and heal inner-child and attachment wounds, fostering tolerance toward discomfort and vulnerability. My approach encourages acceptance of oneself and others, ultimately leading to a profound sense of peace that comes from loving yourself for all that you are—both the good and the challenging—regardless of external perceptions.
With many years dedicated to working with PTSD, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and the myriad challenges we face in daily life, I offer an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy. I believe every individual deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals.
I am trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Neurofeedback, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I incorporate Inner-Child work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), a Psychodynamic approach, Attachment Theory, and Narrative Therapy into my practice to support holistic healing.
