Eshe Boyette
Counselor
Professional Counseling Associate
"Eshe is a Professional Counselor Associate who works with teens (14+) and adults navigating trauma, chronic illness, body image concerns and disordered eating, emotion regulation, and life after military service.
She considers it a privilege to support people through some of life's most meaningful and challenging experiences. She is committed to creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted, so they can begin to reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater confidence and intention.
Eshe understands that trauma can shape the way we relate to ourselves, our bodies, and the world. The ways we've learned to cope often make sense in the context of what we've been through, even when they no longer serve us. Together, you'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while developing greater nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and flexibility in responding to life's challenges.
Her approach integrates Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. She believes meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and works to create an environment where clients can show up as they are, without fear of judgment."
