Jenn White

Counselor

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud

was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”.

~ Anais Nin

As a Professional Counseilng Assocaite, I bring a genuine, deeply relational, creative, and trauma-informed approach. Drawing from over two decades as a helper, coach, mentor, advocate, and expressive arts facilitator, my work is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens through authentic connection, self-exploration, and compassionate support.

My work blends a strong foundation in clinical training with intuition, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and, when appropriate or requested, expressive arts-based approaches. First and foremost, we begin wherever you are to define what it is you’re seeking and how I can best support you. Everyone’s journey is uniquely their own.

My clinical approach and early training are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though I have found that while thoughts and beliefs greatly shape our emotional lives, deeper healing often requires safety, nervous system support, creativity, and compassionate exploration.

Currently, I work primarily with adults (21+) who seek to engage in meaningful inner work, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting transformation. Together, we can explore what has been holding you back and what becomes possible when healing is given room to unfold.

Jenn is a Professional Counselor Associate with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds the CADC-R (accumulating hours for certified alcohol and drug counselor designation).
